These terms are an agreement between you and Forward Humans LLC (“Forward Humans”, “we”, “us”) for using forwardhumans.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Forward Humans on behalf of a company, you agree for that company too.
Forward Humans lets professionals build a record of their capabilities, ask the people they worked with to validate specific work, and ask an independent expert from our panel to validate a capability. Hiring teams post opportunities and see candidates’ validated proof. We may change, add or remove features as the product develops.
You own what you add, such as your résumé, your record and your answers when you validate someone. You give Forward Humans permission to store, process, display and share that content as needed to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy, for example showing a validated capability on a candidate’s profile and to hiring teams. When you validate someone, your name, your relationship to them and your answers become part of their record.

If you use Forward Humans to hire, you may use candidates’ information only to evaluate them for your opportunities, must follow applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and must not contact candidates for unrelated purposes or share their information outside your hiring process. Hiring decisions are yours.
Expert validation sessions are video calls scheduled through Forward Humans. Before a session is booked, the candidate and the expert are each asked to agree that it may be recorded and transcribed; no session is booked without both agreeing. We use recordings, transcripts and the expert’s notes to attach feedback to the right capabilities and to improve how we validate. We do not sell them or show them to hiring teams; hiring teams see only the validation the candidate’s record shows. To ask us to delete a recording, email support@forwardhumans.com.
Experts join the panel by invitation and also agree to our Expert Confidentiality Agreement. An expert validation is that expert’s independent professional judgment.
Forward Humans is currently free for candidates and for co-workers who validate them. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price before you are asked to pay, and nothing you did on the free service will be charged after the fact.
You can stop using Forward Humans at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@forwardhumans.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other people or the service at risk.
The Forward Humans software, design, capability library and brand belong to Forward Humans. These terms don’t give you any right to use them except to use the service.
Validations are the honest opinions of the people who give them, not a guarantee by Forward Humans, and we don’t independently verify every claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Hiring teams should use their own judgment alongside what they see here.
To the extent the law allows, Forward Humans is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
